Answers to all your questions about 99bb

To open an account at 99bb you need an active mobile number and a valid email address. Enter your name, date of birth and password in the registration form. Note that 99bb is only for people aged 21 and above — your national ID details may be requested to verify your age. Each person may only open one account.

In most cases KYC verification is completed within 24 hours. Submitting clear photos of your national ID or passport speeds up the process. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete, so it is best to submit your documents right after opening your account.

Go to the 99bb Login page and click the "Forgot Password" option. Enter your registered email or mobile number — a reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Set a new password and make sure to use a strong password that you do not use on any other site.

No. Under 99bb rules each user may hold only one account. Deposits from bKash are usually instant — in most cases the funds appear in your 99bb account within a few seconds. On rare occasions a banking network delay may require a wait of up to 15 minutes. If more than 15 minutes pass, contact live chat with your transaction ID.

The minimum deposit at 99bb is ৳200 (for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. This limit applies to bKash, Nagad and Rocket. For smaller amounts, accumulate a few winnings before making a withdrawal.

Withdrawals through Nagad and Rocket are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Having your KYC verification complete and submitting the request with correct details speeds up the process. During peak hours it may take slightly longer, but is still completed within 2 hours.

99bb does not charge any transaction fees itself. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may deduct a small charge under their own terms — this depends on the policy of the relevant mobile banking service. Check the fee structure of your mobile banking app in advance.

For security reasons it is generally recommended to withdraw using the same method used for deposit. In special circumstances withdrawal via a different method is possible — speak to the support team on live chat about this. The mobile number must be registered in your name.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the average rate at which a slot game returns funds to players over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that theoretically an average of ৳96 comes back for every ৳100 wagered. However, this is an average across millions of spins — results in any single session can vary. Learn about volatility (risk level) before you play as well.

The Aviator game is made by Spribe. It is a crash-style game where a plane flies and a multiplier keeps rising. You must cash out before the plane crashes. The longer you wait the higher the multiplier goes, but if it crashes you lose your bet. Set a budget before you play and keep your impulses in check.

The 99bb welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus. The total of the bonus and deposit must complete 20x wagering before withdrawal is possible. This condition must be met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus.

Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a 150% bonus — a total of ৳2,500. A 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ৳2,500 × 20 = ৳50,000. Once this threshold is crossed, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering — see the terms and conditions page for details.
